Jane Freeman is a partner and trial lawyer for Field Law's Insurance and Litigation practice groups focused on a broad range of complex litigation matters before courts throughout Alberta. Jane’s insurance practice includes disputes covered by property, casualty, commercial general liability, and professional liability errors and omissions policies. She also has also represented clients in a wide variety of other disputes, such as commercial real estate litigation, estate litigation, and contractual disputes.
