CurrentOverall responsibility for leading the HR function at both an operational and strategic level for 350 employees in a high tech dynamic organisation. • Management of the HR team, including developing, training and mentoring team members• Supporting the Executive Team and Senior Leadership Team in influencing & leading the business• Participation within Senior HR Team of parent organisation, Airbus• Leading the HR function on all aspects of employee relations, including facilitating & resolving people issues, managing disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, dismissals• Coaching and facilitating managers • Promoting and enhancing employee engagement with responsibility for annual submission of Employee Engagement Survey to Best Companies• Providing employment law advice in line with current legislation & HR Policy development• Responsible for renumeration & reward including the annual pay review process• Driving organisational wellbeing • Supporting organisational change in line with company strategy• Managing budgetary control for all aspects of HR and training • Identifying organisational learning and development needs in consultation with the Learning & Development Manager • Directing graduate, apprentice, training and talent programmes• Managing the delivery of the business resourcing requirements, including redeployment and mobility to address skills gaps
