• During a period of significant change at TalkTalk, I led a team of c.60 (mic of internal and outsourced talent acquisition & workplace teams) overseeing all HR operational activity across a number of disciplines. My.
• Delivered a property closure programme firstly to consolidate two offices to one in the North-West and subsequently closing the London HQ to enable all 2000 colleagues to be together on one campus in the North-West.
• Successfully decommissioned the London office after 10 years, including dilapidation negotiations whilst also developing our Salford campus to accommodate more FTE and new collaborative ways of working.
• Implemented employer brand campaign and effective Talent Acquisition strategy which resulted in recruiting 400 roles in just 6 months to our Salford HQ, removing significant risk to the business of the London closure.
• Created a ‘one stop shop’ People Helpdesk team for all colleagues driving self-serve through an enhanced CRM and travel booking portal, resulting in an overall headcount efficiency of 5 FTE.
• Planned and executed the in-sourcing of the Talent Acquisition function, resulting in c.£1m cash saving per annum.
