My role was to develop and document the functional business requirements for a programme of work to implement a national Picture Archiving System for BSA and move BSA Lead Providers to a centrally hosted and upgraded version of the BSA Radiology Information System. Key to this role was liaison and co-ordination of input from key stakeholders including the BSA Programme Leader, Clinical Directors, BSA Lead Provider Mangers, Data Managers and Software Providers. I also worked on the project to move to a new platform for the Cervical Screening register and developed the business requirements to support it's current and future operation. This included documentation of new functionality to assist with the introduction of electronic messaging and development and production of tracking and performance monitoring reports for external providers.
