This area of HR requires the utmost confidentially, discretion and empathy.• Responsible for payroll. This requires attention to detail as payroll covers benefits, pension and salary changes. Ensuring people are paid the right amount on time is essential.• Responsible for developing and managing the company benefits package. This includes setting up new benefits and leasing with vendors, ensuring staff are properly informed of benefits, allowances and tax implications. • Responsible for ensuring all HR records and files are up to date at all times, including staff handbook, holiday and attendance records and employee records.
