With rich experience spanning highly technical and generalist programmes, FTSE top 10 to organisations known within their sector only. I believe Youth Programmes can play a critical part in the development of an overall talent strategy regardless of the size of organisation. Central though is delivering future critical skills and embedding each programme in workforce planning.That starts with attracting a diverse talent pool. Being authentic and transparent in mapping the future career possibilities for individuals through the programmes I design.Youth talent is my passion. Not just through the various Apprentice, Intern and Graduate programmes I have developed and led, but in bridging the talent gap between these and organisations more established leadership and talent development.
