I have been qualified as a physiotherapist for over 30 years and was awarded the Sports Physiotherapist title in 2000. I have had global experience working in UK, Canada and Australia, extensive experience working and traveling with a myriad of sports teams from local to national level and working with professional dancers and performers in London's West End. My main interest lies in analysing and correcting movement dysfunctions to allow clients to move more efficiently and improve performance in any desired pursuit and at any level. I am an advocate of manual therapies, dry needling and exercise based rehabilitation including Pilates based exercise. My mission in her business is to allow clients to unlock their full potential, empowering them to live an active and vibrant life.
