As a founding partner, I focus my practice on counseling companies on a broad range of corporate matters, including formation, governance, and mergers and acquisitions. My recent projects involved publicly traded Korean companies with their inbound mergers and acquisitions. I also played a major role in assisting a Canadian-based company expand their presence here in the U.S. market. I am licensed to practice law in Illinois and New Jersey. I am also an active member of ABA's Mergers and Acquisitions Committee. As a strong believer in increasing the general legal knowledge for everyone, I regularly conduct pro-bono legal counseling, seminars and workshops for the community.When not practicing law, I enjoy playing classical piano, cross-country skiing, golfing, museum-hopping, traveling, and attending plays.
