Coordinate directly with the airlines to develop an engine maintenance plan that meets business strategy but minimizes disruptions.

Led the design on over 15 components from concept on the paper to setting up a new supply chain to manufacturing to performance testing on three separate engine types. Each design required me to work within a budget and to lead and coordinate the work of ten separate teams within the company to successfully launch the design.
