Performed multiple functions for Columbus college campus specializing in the training and certification of IT professionals. Supported 200+ students to provide a positive learning experience including scheduling and administering Microsoft IT certifications. Administrative support provided for all staff and instructors including maintenance of campus student database, document preparation, and scheduling appointments. Receptionist duties included handling all incoming calls and guests, deliveries, inventory control, student body tracking, greeting prospective students and assisting with applications for financial aid, maintaining the office and appearance.• Became an authorized PearsonVue Testing Center proctor to administer certification tests.

Managed translation projects that ranged from one-page documents to large technical manuals into global languages. Accuracy was paramount as document types included medical reports, legal documents, safety instructions, and patents. Translated documents were reviewed by minimum of 3 translators from a worldwide pool of freelancers. Recruited to create a Graphic Arts Department to produce translated DVD menus for international movie release by The Walt Disney Company. Company was purchased by Technicolor in 2002 and the workload multiplied by 10 overnight with the addition of clients DreamWorks, Sony, Paramount Pictures, Universal Studios and Fox. A major movie release worldwide typically required the creation and delivery of >100K files for programming. Team had to be able to switch projects immediately if client changed their DVD replication schedule. Managed 11 Graphic Designers, 1 Proofreader and 3 Project Coordinators; produced RFPs, budgets, expenses and reconciliations. Created a department during the intense developing growth phase of DVD technology and established an excellent track record for on-time delivery and accuracy.
