I have considerable experience in corporate management with several years experience of relationship management at very senior (Board) level. My responsibilities have included the effective provision of HR services to 600+ staff and budgetary responsibility for over £12bn. I hold an Honours Degree in Business Management, alongside a Masters in Management and Leadership. I have qualifications in both Business Continuity, and Programme Management.For several years I was a Governor at Harrogate NHS Foundation Trust. I was also a Trustee on the Board of Rural Action Yorkshire and have past experience as a Parish Councillor.Specialties: I have held several Programme Director roles with particular emphasis on complex organisational change and cost improvement.
