I am a Writer, Coach and Consultant. I am also a NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and Trainer. I have worked with people of all ages and work as a coach and consultant at the highest level in organisations. Now I am concentrating on helping people develop their confidence to achieve their goals and dreams. I believe an innovative approach to learning heightens the learning experience, making it more memorable and accessible. I have concentrated on developing my understanding of, and experience in, the role that confidence plays in all aspects of life, it affects and drives: communications, learning, change, relationships and happiness. I love interacting with my clients at all levels, offering solutions, support, and skills to businesses from a wide range of sectors: public, retail, finance, banking, manufacturing and logistics. I have also been lucky to have appeared on television with the irrepressible Carrie Grant (see my website) and have enjoyed speaking at various conferences on the subjects of Behavioural Change, Cultural Change and Customer Service.
