I have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Jisc open policy finder (formerly Sherpa Services), which support open access compliance and best practices for researchers, publishers, funders, and institutions. Working as part of a team, I provide extensive support & advice to the open access community, through policy analysis, data collection and analysisI support the management of our products through, sprint reviews, product roadmaps, user interviews, recording user feedback and analyzing Matomo and Hotjar reports. I have taken the product management lead for a feature development of Open Access for Books (see projects). I collaborate on various internal projects both relating to Jisc open policy finder and across teams within Jisc. Projects have included, redeveloping the user interface, systematic data reviews, user testing for new company wide enquiry handling system.

I was responsible for maintaining the content of several globally used products, supporting Open Access: RoMEO (publisher policies), JULIET (funder policies), FACT (compliance), SHERPA REF (compliance) and OpenDOAR (open access repositories).This involved Interpreting and advising on open access policies & summarised these in easy-to-read language.Support was provided to our users by efficiently answering their enquiries and reporting internally on our SLAsI lead and collaborated on various projects, including incorporating data collated by Canadian Association of Research Libraries into Sherpa Romeo & investigating journal data sharing policies as part of the Journal Research Data Policy (JoRD) projectRegularly reported findings via both project reports & conference presentations Authoring and co-authoring several papers on open access topics, including Sherpa Services & research data sharing. I have extensive experience of collection and analysing information and data, in particular with regards to analysing open access policies.
