Head of the HR department for the Travel Region @ BaxterStorey. My main responsibilities include:• HR support to our Operations team including recruitment• Training and development of the team• Implementing a new roster across the business and managing resources• Managing the ID security process to ensure new and existing staff have a full ID • Ensuring staff are paid accurately in a timely manner

Overall responsibility for the £35m per annum contract and leadership of the 600 + team members who deliver the catering and customer service offer within the British Airways Lounges estate within the UK and Ireland.

Heading up the HR department for the BA Lounge contract at Heathrow Airport. Responsibilities include HR support to our Operations team, payroll, ID security pass processing, rostering and training.

I'm based at London Heathrow airport looking after 10 British Airways lounges.

My role as Operations Manager involved looking after 15 sites in Oxford, Gloucester, Bristol, Bath, Swindon and Northampton. I believe that by working my way up through the ranks has made me a Manager that people can relate too and have respect for. I enjoy working with people and have a strong and very loyal team. I enjoy the challenge of employing new people and developing them into our business. I set a very high standard in the work place and enjoy bringing in new innovations through our marketing and promotions. All site are either fixed or nil cost contracts

I was responsible for 12 sites within the B&I sector. 7 of these are within the AstraZeneca group located in Cheshire, Loughborough, London, Luton and Bristol. In addition I have 2 other sites in Bristol and 3 in the Luton area.

I was responsible for 20 staff over 2 sites, catering for over 700 people per day through the staff restaurant and hospitality service, which includes buffet receptions. Additionally I have responsibility for a speciality coffee shop which is a 10 hour continuous operation. I also have a subsequent role for my parent company of establishing new business contracts many of which are in City of London including, inducting staff and budget preparation. Working for a very demanding global client I ensure extremely high standards in every service are met and regularly promote healthy diet and food awareness. I prepare budgets and provide detailed reports for my clients on a monthly basis. I actively train and develop all disciplines within my team so that they feel valued and able to exceed the expectation of both my clients and customers.

I was responsible for 7 sites. Within the group role, I implemented the cashless system and was the facilities co-ordinator for all 32 sites. I produced a monthly account document for all sites for the client and external auditors.
