I run Counselling, Rewind Therapy and Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) for children over 11 years, Teens, &Adults. Counselling is for individuals, couples, groups and families. I am a Person Centred Therapist working from an Integrative relational approach. Therapy goes at the clients pace, in the strictest of confidence. Having a therapy pet in your sessions is the clients choice. AAT is particularly good if you find it hard to talk and express yourself. The animals are a calming effect and a really good if your anxious or Autistic. Stroking a pet has great health benefits like lowering blood pressure, reducing stress, lifting mood, reducing anxiety, are great for learning how to manage relationships and boosts low self-esteem. There’s lots of evidence regarding the effectiveness of spending time and stroking therapy animals. I use a scoring system which evaluates the therapy and evidences how effective my Counselling and Animal Assisted Therapy Service is.

I own and run a Pet Care business providing home visits to care for people animals, pet taxi, dog walking and boarding. We board small furry pets, tortoise and birds, in our safe and secure premises. I have plenty of experience of providing animal care throughout all my life from horses to dogs, cats, small mammals, reptiles, hens, sheep and goats. I like pets to be in their own environment as its less stressful for them. I have been involved in my families dog hotel over the last 15 years.
