I have extensive experience in Aged Care, Home and Community Care and also recently in Disability, I have around 15 years experience across these disciplines in Melbourne and the grampians region.I currently work in disability and am always seeking to further my career , up skill and network.I have worked in the community, in facilities both high and low care, worked with a diverse range of clients from high care, peg feeding, catheter care, personal care, community access, and all daily living needs, mental health, high needs clients, liaison with allied health and community nursing, writing care plans, risk assessment’s, rostering, new worker orientation and retention, designing and running group activities.
