Provided administrative support to the Manager of the Shanghai -Scheduled and coordinated logistics for internal/external meetings and facilitated events which require massive connection with internal company requests and external supplier performance. -Be professional in making domestic and international travel arrangements including air/hotel booking, car rental, meeting events coordination. Be familiar with corporate travel policy, keeping close relationship with corporate preferred travel company. Provided customer evaluation every quarter to track supplier performance -Coordinated and facilitated massive meeting and sessions held in Inter preferred hotels. Being a trusted advisor by providing travel tips and local hotel recommendation to international travelers. Worked closely with Purchasing on hotel performance evaluation every year and providing score in new hotel qualification. -Was the leader of factory people team, cooperating with HR analyst on office Human-Touch projects. Set up and arranged yearly people activities including new hire boot camps, dialogue sessions, HR policy communication and training, supervisor forums; outing activities; festival celebrations; sports competitions, etc.
