Assist the Program Manager with various tasks, including developing and updating program materials and purchasing program necessities. Handle crisis situations. Oversee all activities in a youth crisis shelter dedicated to helping youth in crisis, homeless and runaway situations. Continue to carry out the responsibilities of a Intervention Specialist. Interview, hire, train and evaluate all direct care/Intervention Specialist staff and undergraduate interns. Provide 24 hour staff consultation and emergency shift coverage.
