•Manage transportation routing of direct-to-store shipments using a Transportation Management System (TMS).•Extensive knowledge in both operational and financial modules in the I2 Transportation Management System.•Responsible for all Small Parcel shipping solutions•Develop, report, and analyze key transportation performance measurable and root cause analysis.•Utilize queries and data extraction for financial reporting and error management•Develop monthly Supply Chain Expense presentations and reports for measurement of carrier and financial performance. •Experience in managing analytics to support yearly transportation bid and carrier negotiations.•Manage rate proposals and carrier contracts.•Support for all Michaels’ primary TMS users, including: system administration, carrier, tariff, and parameter set ups.
