Since 2020, I have been working as an environmental advisor for a select few clients, guiding them through Delaware’s complicated Brownfield Grant process and facilitating their interaction with attorneys, consultants, contractors, and state regulators.Some of the projects I have worked on include overseeing Brownfield Remediation as owner representative to ensure projects are completed on scheduled, in budget, and meets Clients needs; budget/schedule/project management for land transactions and redevelopment; review & coordination with attorneys/owner/regulators on land transactions; stormwater management plan implementations & regulator meetings; DNREC LTS Plan implementation & regulator meetings; Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) inspection preparation (including updating RBPS records) and conduct meeting with DHS during inspection.

With a focus on long-range strategic priorities, advance the Conservancy’s goals, and communicate a broad vision to others. Work with teams to establish and track measures and lead indicators of progress and success. The DoD I leverages constructive and effective relationships with a wide range of people, including senior management, donors, volunteers, public and private sector colleagues, and partners including financial/legal advisors.

As the Development Program Manager for the Conservancy's Louisiana chapter, actively managing fundraiser portfolios using BBCRM and other data tools. I maintain, track, and report on fundraising projections and performance for our chapter's director of philanthropy and executive team members. My goal is to keep our fundraisers motivated - and "out the door" - as much as possible! I am responsible for pipeline development and portfolio management to support fundraisers, creating complex fundraising progress reports, and providing resources such as research and stewardship.Additionally i helped led our development team through Major Gifts phase of $25 Million campaign. Served as hiring manager for the newly created Development and Operations Associate, worked with chapter on developing job description, resume reviews, and led the interview team. Provided technical support to DNREC and clients throughout the Brownfield process.•Built relationships with state and federal agency officials to further client projects.•Served as Lead Environmental Analyst on numerous environmental investigations in Delaware, including Wilmington Riverfront, Smyrna, Dover, and Harrington as well as former tanneries, coal gas facilities, landfills, shipyards, commercial and industrial facilities, and salvage yards. Performed Remedial Investigations, Risk Assessments, Remedial Actions, and Project Closure. Worked on multiple Brownfield construction projects, including residential housing, office buildings, and roadways where foundations and/or underground utilities were installed through areas of contamination.
