We are all about fresh ingredients coming together on the NYC home cocktail party circuit. We strive to adapt to whatever culinary needs you may have and work with you from start to finish to help make your gathering or event all that you want it to be, because we realize that what we do is a reflection of you. Just about everything we make is half or a third of the calories of standard hors d’oeuvres, yet doesn’t taste like it’s been robbed of all the flavor! We have created dozens of cocktail recipes without all the fat and calories to keep you "skinny" without giving up flavor, variety and presentation, so that you walk away not “fat and happy” but “skinny and satisfied”. Additionally, we are all about the wine! Our, gatherings can provide you with as much or as little wine knowledge that you and your guests would like. Have your guests enjoy a good wine and hors d’oeuvres gathering while mingling with each other or choose to learn more about the wines that are being poured, it’s up to you. And by the way, we may be all about the wine, but if you’re not, that’s fine! Our cocktail fare pairs with non-alcoholic and mixed drinks as well.With strong backgrounds in both wine and food pairing services, Skinny Minis allows you and your guests to relax in each other's company while indulging in creative wine and food pairings without all the guilt! That being said, we also do food pairings that are not necessarily tailored to a calorically scaled down menu, but instead, embrace big, high end flavor and presentation in the small plate, hors d'oeuvre format that can also be paired with global wines...hence, our Mega Mini's!
