I have had the sheer joy of working with some wonderful people over the last 20 or so years, where my career has spanned a variety of fields such as direct sales, event management, office management, business development and start-ups, recruitment and marketing. I love to listen - and I'll be the first to admit I didn't always do it properly. The house has a strong reputation within the events industry and this fixed-term contracted period of work has enabled it to engage with a new audience and expand into the HNW arena.

Another key part of my work was my role as one of NEC's Brand Managers, responsible for leading postive change and challenge internal and external perceptions of the venue. I have further developed strong business and financial acumen undertaking this role, and enjoyed the challenges that it presented.
