I have helped with the development of the patent portfolio, market research for targeted clinical indications for the peptide, strategic partnering and development of potential dosage forms. TP508 has a strong safety profile and efficacy demonstrated in 100's of preclinical and clinical studies in chronic wounds, burns and orthopedic tissue repair.

For NovoSci I helped redefine the company's mission statement and value proposition: (1) re-wrote their business plan, (2) assisted with new product launch, (3) coordinated development of and written text for new website, (4) created PPT presentation for investor presentation.

Assisting with Market Analysis and Business Development for MobileConsent, proprietary software and hardware for clinical trial patient information management

GTS Drilling was the first US company to import a drilling rig from China and put it to work, drilling for natural gas on one of the highest mountains in the Rockies. I wrote the business plan, assisted with strategic planning, communications, budget management, investor presentations and business development. A press release that I wrote was covered on the front page of the NY Times, bringing media attention not only to the drilling company but also to Presco, the operator. Our rig proved the reserves for Presco's property that it subsequently sold for $25 million. I was then responsible for acquisition of GTS Drilling by Unit Drilling of Oklahoma City in December 2005.

Our lead drug product, Chrysalin, is a potent wound-healing and tissue regenerative peptide with therapeutic applications in -Wound Healing-Bone Regeneration-Vascular Health-Heart Muscle RepairThe company was acquired by Orthologic (Capstone Therapeutics), a Tuscan, AZ-based company, in 2004.

As part of the founding management team, I participated in the the development and directed the commercialization of medical device and biological products based upon patented tissue engineering and blood cell preservation technologies. As an early start-up, our business model pivoted several times before identifying our most viable product, AlloDerm regenerative tissue graft. I directed the positioning and worldwide commercial launch of AlloDerm products. LifeCell was acquired by Allergan in 2017 for $2.8 Billion. Our markets included --wound healing, --oral maxillofacial surgery --plastic surgery, --dental/periodontal reconstruction, --cardiovascular surgery, --blood banking and --orthopedics.I addition to sales and marketing, I responsible for the following corporate divisions: --business development, --regulatory affairs, --investor relations, --tissue procurement, --international sales and marketing, and --intellectual property. I was also responsible for corporate strategic planning including due diligence for merger and acquisition opportunities.
