- Recommended and led a cross functional team to execute the first Yogurt in-and- out product creating a solve for Loblaw’s Discount Greek segment exclusivity with DANONE and incurring incremental profit - Developed the long term strategy for the 2 Greek yogurt brands, receiving buy in from Yoplait France and the Leadership Team- Initiated and developed two new platforms for Source (light & diet brand) in a struggling segment: Source desserts & Source with Stevia - Led the Out Of Home and Costco innovation team by developing 4 new concepts Yoplait Established Adult Brands AMM- Executed a Quebec Defense marketing campaign ( TV, in-store and digital campaign surrounding the concept of “made in Quebec”) within 1 month against IOGO that increased sales by +7% - Created Weight Watchers partnership on pack and TV execution which has increased Source sales by +10% (most increase that any brand has experienced since the integration) Source became the #1 growing brand within the segment
- Pitched and Converted the Yoptimal portfolio into a lactose free formula, saving the brand from discontinuation and as a result experienced +4% in volume after the launch of new positioning- Analyzed and provided recommendations through a monthly deck to the Global Leadership team -Rebranded and conducted market research on all brands post- integration 
- Appointed the Gatekeeper for Yoplait’s consumer budget and successfully managed and organized Yoplait Canada consumer budget for the fiscal year Award: Marketing Execution Excellence 2012-2013

- Led a cross functional team to execute a monthly deck to employees across Canada demonstrating the incremental success (% volume change, distribution points and tonnage target vs. planned) of this year’s innovations and upcoming)
- Proposed a new design of the internal PepsiCo Sales Optimization Tool and successfully implemented these changes to increase employee engagement which received positive feedback for creativity, clarity and simplicity
- Successfully supported and presented a project to determine the key drivers of sales using WSP and excel giving insight to the PepsiCo marketing team on post-game results of in store marketing tools
