About Jane Lintelmann

Combine those skills with her experience working in client service at some of the country’s premier restaurants and hotels, and you have the recipe Jane’s clients have come to know and love for exceeding expectations and achieving goals. Jane began her career by hitting the ground running when she completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Beverage from Kendall College at the Les Roches School of Hospitality Management program, a top-ranking hospitality and tourism management school, in only three years. Soon after, she rapidly progressed from working in management at upscale restaurants, to the Concierge at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago. Prior to joining the Busby Group, Jane also served as client relations manager for one of the top real estate teams in the nation. While there, Jane applied her ambition and skills towards helping the team reach a record $175M in sales. Today, Jane utilizes her expertise and experience in her role as Director of Operations and full-service Broker for Busby Group. As a byproduct of her work in operations, Jane knows and understands real estate contracts and timeliness inside and out – she has truly seen it all and regularly leads complex negotiations and multifaceted projects.When she is not reading and writing contracts, Jane enjoys spending time with her daughters, Harper and Matilda; husband, James; and dog, Daisy. You can find them outside all year round as members of both Lincoln Park Zoo and the Chicago Botanic Garden. The whole family also enjoys their backyard garden where they grow fruits and veggies for seasonal recipes cooked by Jane’s professional chef husband. As a Skokie resident, Jane loves supporting local businesses in the surrounding area as well as volunteering with Planned Parenthood and NARAL.
