I provide contracting and consultancy expertise to the financial services industry. I am presently employed in a Quality Assurance role as an SME checking regulated products and sales file remediation. The products in question range from Discretionary Managed Funds, Investment Bonds, OEICs, Structured products and also Pensions and Protection.Ultimately, the role involves ensuring all outcomes given to the clients customers are fair and follow regulatory guidelines.I have also been involved in training and supporting colleagues, sometimes remotely, in other parts of the business and deputise for my Team Leader in his absence. The position utilises all my key skills listed below.My key skills include:-Communication: I have worked with a wide range of clients from retail customers with limited mortgage experience to high net worth clients and I am able to “pitch at the right level”. Relationship Management: I liaise with external customers helping to retain and win new business. I work closely with Underwriters, Technical Support and the Head Office Administration Centres to gain information, understand process and resolve customer queries.Time Management and Organisational Skills: I work very well under pressure and I am used to managing multiple priorities and am able to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and challenging targets.Customer Service Skills: I take ownership of issues and have turned complaints into compliments. I have gained a high level of referrals from existing clients which has developed long term relationships.Attention to detail: I ensure all compliance paperwork is present and correct.
