• Supporting and managing a caseload of learners thorough Leadership and Management qualifications Level 2, 3 and 4. • Designing training resources to support ILM qualifications• Guiding and assessing learners though Level 2 and 3 Business Administration qualifications• Running group training programmes on Employability Skills

• Managing a team of Learning and Development Advisors.• Project lead on the launch of Society Apprenticeships. • Project managing the introduction of Worldhost customer service training to the Society.• Facilitating a range of learning events. • Guiding and supporting candidates through in-house Management Development Programmes. • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure Learning and Development needs are met and that internal customers are provided with great service. • Adapting learning material to provide a blended approach including an e-learning system.• Creating new learning events in line with brain friendly principles.
