Jane has extensive experience in property and commercial law matters. Having commenced her legal career in 2003, Jane has worked for both boutique firms and top-tier firms including Allens Linklaters and Norton Rose Fulbright. She specialises in property and commercial law and has worked for a range of public and private sector clients including government agencies, property developers, hoteliers, bodies corporate and airport corporations. Jane’s practice predominantly focuses on residential and mixed-use development projects, strata and community title structuring, general body corporate advice work and management rights. She also has extensive experience in commercial law matters including business sales and purchases, commercial and retail leasing as well as larger commercial property sales and purchases. Jane is a keen educator, having held tutoring roles for the Queensland University of Technology, the Sunshine Coast University and is currently a moderator and lecturer for the College of Law in property subjects for students doing their Masters degree. Jane holds a Bachelor of Laws, with first class honours, from the University of Queensland, and is a member of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers.
