Research Program Manager
Current• Manage communications (i.e. newsletter, website, and CCOP social media) by maintaining current lists of faculty research external and internal training, funding opportunities, and CCOP member accomplishments. • Review and maintain CCOP membership list and member regulatory files (i.e. NIH Biosketches, CVs, etc.). • Review and maintain CCOP directory.• Create charts, tables, and PowerPoint presentations for retreats, seminars, and partner meetings. • Assist with formatting publications and grant applications. • Assist with development of Center marketing, training, and other materials (i.e. seminar and training workshop flyers, research posters, etc.)• Assist with all CCOP training workshops and other CCOP-hosted research activities, including Administrative Core staff meetings, External Advisory Committee meetings, and the CCOP Annual Scientific Retreat. • Create and maintain CCOP event calendar. • Plan, coordinate and execute CCOP events:o Arrange guest travel for all CCOP events.o Coordinate UAMS wellness services for CCOP events.o Coordinate event locations.o All tasks related to event management.• Support for ABI report.• Database management using Piestar: data cleaning, open office hours for investigator support. Coordinate with external evaluators and manage data requests.• Develop and maintain CCOP REDcap databases, by creating and monitoring surveys, forms and service requests.• Participate in CCOP writing subcommittee and perform subsequent tasks: manage workshops, retreats, and dissemination of information. • Participate in the ACRI strategic planning committee to increase opportunity for minority students in research.
