I then took these skills and employed them setting up and running my own businesses. My experience covers global organisations to small start-ups and charities. I have worked in teams, ran teams, been the boss, reported to many bosses, transitioned businesses, been involved in merger and acquisitions and sadly had to shut businesses down. I am now using that business and life experience to help my coaching clients achieve their goals and fulfil their potential.
