 Oversight and delivery of Scotiatrust estate and trust planning business development services through management of team of Estate and Trust Consultants (“ETCs’”) for Central Region (Ontario). Guidance and oversight of the Central Region’s ETC team ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.  Responsible for the direct management, supervision, coaching and overall leadership of the ETCs, including onboarding, training, new business development, pipeline management and new business acceptance. Support the development, communication and implementation of initiatives and assist with complex files and relationships as required. Support business development within marketing initiatives developed by Scotiabank and its wealth partners, tracking of budgets, metrics for individual and team fiscal and non-financial goals.  Ensure that business development is conducted in accordance with Scotiabank and regulatory regulations and values.
