Oversaw the annual update and production of the Directory of Libraries in Canada. Reviewed and revised questionnaires prior to sending, set the production schedule, keyed new information into databases, proofread and edited galleys, delegated work to other staff, and researched old listings using a variety of sources. Reviewed electronic files of the directory for web-based and CD-ROM versions and made corrections to the information. Tested early versions of these formats prior to release for content and use and forwarded concerns and problems to management.Under the direction of other editors, assisted on the annual update and production of four other directories, Associations Canada, the Canadian Almanac and Directory, Financial Services Canada and the Canadian Environmental Directory.
