CurrentResponsible for manage a team of analysts, report writers, shared services (General and Reward) support the business in:- migration of US and UK payrolls, including change management and reporting - reporting and analytics- system and process improvementsIn addition to previous responsibilities: - defining senior leader people metrics, aligning data across multiple systems to deliver reporting, dashboards and insights, as well as external regulatory HR reporting.- leading the Global Shared Service and Rewards Shared Services.- leading the company wide employee feedback survey programme.- supporting company wide transformations, requiring decisions to be executed in systems accurately and timely.- troubleshooting where HR delivery needs to be improved, and providing expertise, process design and change management to ensure the work executes as required.- leading data governance and integrity programmes.
