As part of the Global People Services team enabling HR delivery, my role also supports the implementation of large transformations, including systems changes, as well as the data migration lead for a change in systems and optimising HR services, processes and systems, particularly where dataflows are critical, data is sensitive or where the process for delivering service is complex. I have spent most of my career in HR, spanning various roles from designing and implementing global employee surveys, employee engagement, employer brand development and implementation, communications and strategy.
