Managed the Finanical Control function including Payroll and Tax Compliance, built the Internal Audit function from scratchOZ Minerals is an international mining and exploration ASX listed company, formed in a merger of Oxiana Limited and Zinifex Limited in July 2008. I joined Oxiana in 2004 as Group Financial Controller and held this role until 2006. In 2007 I was appointed as Group Manager, Internal Audit to establish the company’s first internal audit function. Both positions reported to the Chief Financial Officer.
