I lead the design of employee experience solutions outside of the Workday platform (Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc) - meeting people where they work.

Led the research and design of energy management solutions aimed at raising customer awareness about individual usage patterns and encouraging behavior change.

At DocuSign I lead the UX design of the Sending and Signing core products, which combined are used by more than 40 million people worldwide. I gather requirements, design ideas, user data from the product/dev teams and iteratively and collaboratively circulate designs and ultimately build out complex, functional prototypes for RITE testing with real users.

At Active I have designed experiences for a wide breadth of users and products in our Business Solutions Group, ranging from DIY event creation SAAS tools to enterprise level business management technology suites. My day-to-day activities in our agile software development environment include wireframing solutions (from paper to Axure) and designing flows that are useful, usable and delightful for new/existing products alike. I am also responsible for presenting, discussing, and collaborating with stakeholders across the company (including the design team, product management, development, and users).

Most of my graduate career was spent studying various problem spaces, designing, building and evaluating solutions. My projects ranged widely from mobile medication management systems for older adults, to interactive, multi-touch museum exhibits, to building physical construction kits with digital interfaces for engaging young kids in engineering and technology. Ultimately I left graduate school, because I loved designing products that helped real people as opposed to teaching design theory.

Designed and built an interactive visualization tool for the Department of Homeland Security to dynamically generate meaningful graphics of NADB, National Asset Database, assets in Google Earth.
