I assist the Marketing Department and Sales Agents with preparation and delivery of our heavy equipment units. From serial number approval, different delivery inspections, domestic sea freight shipments, Marine Insurance, assurance of quality before and after delivery to consolidating documents of clients for booking and/or invoicing purposes. With my current experiences as a Marketing Management Trainee in the company, I learned to prioritize workloads that are urgently needed with those that are not as much but with same importance, and maximize my time for better efficiency at work.

Being a Marketing Support Staff for a real estate company, I am assigned to assist sales agents with their needs before presenting to their clients and after sales documentation. I handled the checking of their daily time record, assist in their renewal of contract, and I am their middleman with regards to their concerns and requests to other departments. Along with that, I am also exposed to providing assistance in the company's marketing events, general assembly, and annual awardings. I also experienced training newly hired agents specifically about the company's background, and rules and regulations.
