I was the founding member of the Business Intelligence Team at Southern Cross Health Society. I implemented a Data Warehouse on Oracle using WhereScape Red and Business Objects. The project ran an agile methodology, iteratively delivering small pieces of functionality (data sets) and building on our successes.I worked directly with the Actuarial / Claims Analysis team to elicit requirements, prototype outcomes and refine deliverables. I assisted our business users to execute testing and training, and undertook the Project Management tasks related to planning, delivery and communication.

I joined Southern Cross Health Society as a Siebel developer following the implementation of Siebel at the organization. My main duties were to resolve production issues and implement small enhancements as well as larger initiatives to expand the functionality of the Siebel system.
