Exercise is for everyone; I focus on helping people make the healthiest versions of themselves through safe and enjoyable exercise. With a master's of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Deakin University) and bachelor's of Human Kinetics (UBC) I strive to deliver the benefits of exercise to all types of populations through growing healthy behaviours, helping people achieve movement goals, managing chronic conditions, and delivering safe and effective exercise for everyone through tailored physical activity.Currently, I work as a kinesiologist and clinical exercise physiologist on Vancouver Island at Active Solutions Health + Sport (Ladysmith, BC), and virtually through Professional Exercise Physiology. My focus is on exercise therapy for clinical populations such as cardiorespiratory, neurological, and metabolic conditions, cancer rehab, and women's health.
