I moved into Aged Care at McArthur in 2011 and since then have helped grow the division to the point where it is now one of the major players within the sector on a national basis.The three key areas of my current role are team management (3) and training, client liaison and business development. I am also responsible for market-watching and trend analysis which helps ensure the Aged Care division and wider McArthur business is across all industry changes, updates and relevant legislation.

The Early Childcare division is the largest within the national McArthur business and during my 8 years in ECE, my career developed from my initial appointment as a specialist Recruitment Consultant to Team Leader and Senior Consultant.My time with ECE allowed me to further hone my traditional recruitment skills while also learning and developing the skill sets that would enable me to effectively take on the senior and management roles I later moved into. These included team management, business development, client/candidate relationship building and much more.

My first career move into recruitment was with Integrated Workforce. Industrial temporary recruitment is highly competitive, fast-paced and demanding. During my 4 years with Integrated Workforce, I learned all the processes, systems and disciplines required to manage a high volume, fast turnaround temporary workforce. In addition, as Service Manager I was responsible for managing my own industrial client portfolio with a strong emphasis on relationship development, organic growth and client retention.
