My time at Whitegates gave me a vast amount of experience in both sales and lettings. My responsiblity was sales within the branch which included sales progression, negotiating offers, advertising, figures and invoicing. Building good relationships with clients whilst maintaining a very high standard of customer service to both the vendors and applicants. Obtaining and occasionally conducting Market Appraisals. Carrying out vendor reviews and price reductions. On the rental side I compiled Property Rental list, updating on a daily basis, promoted our Services to Potential landlords and regularly updated and liaised with Landlords. Issuing contracts and service agreements to landlords and tenants, promoting rental properties to prospective tenants, arranging and accompanying viewings of rental properties, assisting in completion of rental applicationsand the arrangements of necesary payments to be made. Dealing efficiently and effectively with various problems encountered with tenants and service repairs in the properties. Arranging 3 monthly property inspections and Move outs.

This investment company specialised in below market value properties I was responsible for overseeing the smooth transition of sales from agreement to legal completion. This involved anticipating and negating potential problems which may affect the progression of the sales, ensuring that sales conversion targets are met, building relationships with vendors and developers,liaising daily with brokers, solicitors, vendors and investors inc developers building property portfolios.
