As part of the Senior management team, I direct the future strategic direction, brand and marketing for the business.

Image Now is a brand agency that combines strategic brand expertise with world-class capabilities in brand strategy, design, marketing, technology and innovation.As a senior member of the Executive Management Team my responsibilities include:• Led national rebrand and rollout plans for An Post, PTSB, Ibec, RTÈ 2FM, Java Republic - Strategic thinking, planning and execution of high value brand and design projects• Building strong client relationships at the highest level• Leading key client relationships to ensure brand solutions work strategically and commercially as well as aesthetically and to brand• Leading and nurturing the account management team to provide the very highest levels of client servicing• Ongoing analysis of the business, processes and identifying efficiencies, making improvements and implementing change• Identifying and converting new business opportunities

Responsible for all facets of running the business including the purchasing, merchandising, marketing and customer service.Managing relationships with key suppliers to encourage investment in company ahead of the competition.Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximise profits;Led and implemented strategic and tactical marketing plans that resulted in new customer growth.

Extensive qualitative research into the consumer behaviour of Irish Internet users covering various product categories.Assisted in the creation of the Net Behaviour report 2008 and created new business opportunities.

Worked closely with the account planning team to collect research, develop consumer insights and develop strategies for high profile clients such as 3 and Heineken.
