As a hostess here at Caffé Molise and the adjoining wine bar, BTG, I am responsible for the flow and organization of three restaurant floors in a fast paced environment. I set a manageable pace for the kitchen and servers while ensuring the restaurant has as few empty tables as possible.

Engaged clients with captivating narratives about exclusive vacation club packages, driving foot traffic to our office through compelling presentations and personalized interactions. I aspired for a marketing-centric role to leverage my creativity and strategic thinking. While my journey began in sales, I realized the importance of aligning with a company whose values resonate with mine. This reflection prompted me to prioritize my educational pursuits and reevaluate my career path. I am currently focusing on academic endeavors and eagerly exploring opportunities to channel my passion for marketing and communication into impactful roles.

I originally got this job as a seasonal position, but was asked to stay on as a permanent team member. I found that I really enjoyed working and talking with customers and eventually got to the point where I was training new employees. I had to leave this job because I was moving back to Utah.
