I am a CIM qualified Chartered Marketer who has worked for blue-chip Financial Services organisations for the past 20 years. I have extensive online and offline experience (BTL with some ATL) in B2B, B2C and B2B2C. This includes acquisition and retention, product management, design agency and third party management, budgetary control of $2m+, Pan-European experience - across all major European markets -and UK campaign management. Partnership relationships, advertising, digital, DM and telemarketing. I have responsibility for in-house direct reports and a freelancer. I head-up the small marketing team at Ansvar Insurance, a leading charity and faith insurer for the UK market, based in Eastbourne, East Sussex and form part of the Senior Leadership Team. The company has enjoyed double-digit growth over the past 4 years and the marketing strategy has contributed to this growth by raising brand awareness and driving gross written premium.
