CurrentTalent Sourcervsource is a talent acquisition platform combining smart technology with human intuition and recruiting experience.Primary objective: assisting the company’s clients in searching for any candidate profiles matching with jobs’ requirements from online data sources and supporting them in building their internal data banks.- Understanding client requirements and sourcing the suitable candidates for different positions.- Searching & Short-listing the candidates as per client’s requirements via job-boards, social networking sites.- Screening and short-listing CV’s based on the remit provided.- Identifying suitable candidates quickly for client submission.- Submitting a complete profile to clients within a given time.- Getting new updates or tips from seniors or higher positions regarding tough requirements.- Doing some project tasks such as: doing career market research, building customer databases, etc.- Other duties assigned by Delivery Managers and Talent Sourcing Managers.Industry: Internet, Information Technology and Services, Computer Software, Computer Games, Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, etc.
