I have a strong and successful track record as a senior leader within educational establishments, with extensive experience in supporting change within merging and merged colleges. My expertise lies in developing and sustaining continuous improvement of an organisation, with key measures being Ofsted, QAA and investors in people awards, all of which, as the lead over many years enabled me to hone my skills as a good communicator, a developer of people, an influencer and motivator. Having gained this experience, I am now highly skilled at seeing with clarity the steps needed to improve an organisation and take it forward, whilst also inspiring the workforce to make it happen.
