I work as a freelance florist alongside adhoc work as an Exam Invigilator.Floristry is a new direction for me, having previously worked extensively in broadcast archives, building up significant experience including 15 years as a senior leader for BBC Archives. I have extensive knowledge of the Archive sector coupled with strong leadership skills. An effective people manager, leading with compassion and integrity to deliver both cultural and organisational change. Working with colleagues, suppliers and partners organisations, to focus on productive stakeholder management. As a senior leader, I shape the strategy and future direction of departments. At BBC Archives I led the move to a digital environment with updated operating models delivering to customer needs. As a result the department moved from mediated access of physical assets to a self service digital first approach, modernising the archive to reflect the digital direction of the BBC in the 21st century.
