In this administrative role, my duties include taking attendance during rehearsal, organizing rosters, printing and scanning music, and communicating (by email and in person) with both current and prospective members.

I am responsible for organizing and scheduling events, along with booking jobs for churches, choruses, weddings and other events.

In this position, I communicated with parents and students to help them prepare for their programs. This included helping confirm registration, process withdrawals, and answering questions about our programs, using Salesforce lightning. I also helped facilitate check-ins, by checking domestic and international students into their programs on Colleague. For international students, I reviewed I-94 entries, F-1 visa status, and documented their information into our system.

In this nanny position, I took care of two 8 year old children. I prepared meals with balanced nutrition, organized fun and educational activities, assisted with school work, taught saxophone and performed light housework activities and errands for parent.

As an SF for Boston University’s orientation, I lead student groups through activities, helped facilitate important conversations, and assisted with day-of logistics during orientation sessions.

I worked in the bakery and as a hostess, then most recently as a server. My responsibilities in the bakery included selling take-out food, pastries, light chores, organization and training new employees. As a server, I was responsible for at least a 4 table section including management of money, strong customer service skills and opening/closing tasks.

Along with my sister, I ran a lobster fishing company, selling to local markets and tourists. This included operating a boat and hauler, maintaining traps and gear, and recording gear and fishing hours for the state of Maine. I recorded financial profit and loss for the business and reported to a silent partner.
