To support the continued growth and development of the Fresh Food category ranges and processes by; - Managing a range development process and deliver a project schedule which coordinates the critical path of all aspects of food development. - Liaise between the key product development stakeholders to ensure that actions are completed on time to deliver developments to agreed timescales. - Being the ‘gatekeeper’ of packaging development and ensure that script detail on pack is accurate/legal and design is compliant with the brief. - Actively participate in all retail food concepts for the Fresh Foods team and have involvement in both food development & retail services to provide exciting and market leading fresh food solutions.- Part of the Project team to develop a new brand 'The Chef' with 40+ products within this brand. Particularly exciting as we produce this products ourselves at our new Production Facility so a great opportunity to learn about the food production side of things. - Ongoing change management of The Chef product range including amends to products and costs/margin. - Involvement in any other Fresh Food projects/initiatives to improve performance of the Department.

Overseeing sandwich production unit delivering to 35 forecourt sites and other independent businesses.Development of menu offer within the cafes through category reviews and NPD.Refurbishment of some company owned cafes.GP margin management for both the streat cafes and the streat located within forecourts.General projects across the business.

Providing consistant support to a growing network of franchisees across Ireland through territory managers and a marketing co-ordinator. Areas of support include financial, KPIs, operational, suppliers, margin management, training to name a few!
