Hi, I'm Jane! I'm a recent graduate from Concordia University with a bachelor's degree in Sociology. Throughout my undergraduate degree, I was fascinated by the organizational structures that dictate our life outcomes. I was particularly interested in studying socio-economic inequities and gender issues.After graduating from Sociology, I did a brief stint in Urban Studies and Creative Writing; I quickly realized these fields were of general interests rather than passion. However, I found passion in serving the Filipinx community as the Vice President of the Filipino Organization of Concordia University Students (FOCUS). I also found that I was an absolute nerd for all things relating to organization, professional writing and streamlining processes. Alongside my academic career, I have extensive experience in healthcare administration. I am currently a full-time administrative technician at the Centre de recherche du Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal (CRCHUM) and a part-time administrative assistant for the McGill University Health Center (MUHC).
