Working with subject teams and the examinations office to ensure the consistent implementation, review and monitoring of a range of policies and procedures. Line management, support and monitoring of the work of middle managers, sharing in staff development and performance management. Alongside others on the senior leadership team planning, implementing and reviewing the academy improvement plan, and contributing to the day-to-day smooth running of the academy, special events and collective worship. Providing information, advice and support to the academy council and presenting a coherent and accurate account of the academy’s performance to a range of audiences working to enhance and extend relationships with community partners.
